So True!!!  It is all about understanding their needs, concerns, and goals by asking open-ended questions and really listening to their responses. Communication and solutions are based on what you learn about the prospect. Show that you value their unique situation. I offer valuable insights and information rather than trying to make a hard sell. Position yourself as a resource. It may take time, but you will build a long term customer this way.

Sales is listening. Sales is conducting a VOC in every conversation, externally or internally in your company. Sales is a result of collaboration.
