If you've been to our booth at any trade shows over the past few years, then you've seen our flexible feeding demo cells! These cells are excellent customized buildouts for automating a variety of processes - like #assembly #inspection #sorting #pickandplace and more! Because the #asycube from Asyril is able to correctly feed and orient 99% of part geometries, these systems can easily work with a variety of part numbers, and even be quickly retooled if the production process changes. By utilizing different robot types and sizes, along with a variety of Asycube sizes, the possibilities are near endless. In this video you can see the #meca500 from Mecademic working alongside the Asycube in a sorting application, and a larger-scale example utilizing a #cobot from Kassow Robots in a pick and place scenario.
