We demonstrate it implicitly in our thoughtful day to day interactions, and our open doors culture where any employee can (and do) approach one another to share thoughts, opinions, innovative ideas or concerns. #Respect flows through every level. Its seen through high attendance to BRG led events and engagement on important topics. Through volunteerism, advocacy, and action. We're an organization filled with passionate people. I was blown away by a thought provoking old post on tumblr ( https://lnkd.in/gZf4JQ65 ), which I stumbled across most recently. "Sometimes people use “respect” to mean “treating someone like a person” and sometimes they use “respect” to mean “treating someone like an authority”" Ask yourself how you use the word, or hear it used by the people in your life. At #BayerCanada I have the privilege of working with people that treat every person as a person first. Simple.
