Head in the clouds ☁️ after wrapping up the Trinity Cottonwood 115KV NERC project! 💪 Our crews worked hard for three weeks, installing 15,000 feet of reconductor and completing 13 LDSP pole replacements. Some of these shots show the team 200 feet above the ground—true sky-high dedication! Special thanks to GF Jim Murphy and his crew: foreman Keith Severne, groundsmen Erik Davidson and Logan Desimone, linemen Mike Tenney, Terin Donley, David Coleman, Mike Hopkins, and Daniel Valdez, and lineman apprentice Sam Wood. Way to be fellas! 🌟 #PoweringProgress #LineWorkLife #TeamworkElevated #BasinEnterprisesInc

This is Just an opinion from the bottom not expecting much just getting it off my chest: I’m not here to play nice or pander for likes. I’m a journeyman lineman, and I tell it straight. My superpower? No matter what you throw at me—firing, banning, blacklisting—I’ll bounce back and find a place that values my skills. The knowledge and experience I bring to the table are invaluable. Sure, I need to feed my family, but I’ve spent months on the road, grinding through 7-16 hour days. Who’s going to replace that kind of dedication? My fellow linemen, and we’re a brotherhood that stands firmly together. If you want to understand why your system’s failing, why maintenance costs are skyrocketing, or why restoration times are a mess, ask a lineman. We don’t sugarcoat or give a damn about your opinions—we’re here to get the job done. Forget the politicians and CEOs. For real answers, talk to the people actually doing the work. #lineman #hurricanberyl #annoyed #pleasefix #usebetterprograms

Looks like a man made #storm in the middle of a natural storm, but this year it seems like we will all grow moss waiting for weather to cooperate...so at the smallest window of opportunity, we jump! This is our girl Alicia getting down at The University of Texas Medical Branch with Turner Construction Company. Alicia, like our other wind generators, is named after storms that have visited Galveston. She is an old gal that uses a 1969 Corvair engine as a power plant. We bought her many years back when she was still attached to an airboat for somewhere around $1000. When the old man that owned the boat found out we did not want the boat, he dropped the price, and we pulled the engine out right then and there...in middle of nowhere, Texas. We fabricated the cage in house and later bought a fancy carbon fiber prop (that cost more than the rest of the damn fan assembly). Many times, we cannot approach the specimen head on, so we had to build a turntable so we can parallel the building. Equipment is always having to evolve. Street cred in the testing world (according to me) is being able to build and adjust your own toys. The availability of testing equipment via the retail process has come a long way, but one size will not fit all, especially if you want a legitimate test (no box checkers!). So, when you see that testing crew adjusting on the fly, and building stuff you have never seen before, go up to them and ask...are you Zero/Six Consulting, LLC? The stories are true, and my guys like to tell 'em. What is a PRV and Why is it Essential? At Construction Corps, we are fully licensed in mold remediation & as part of our commitment to quality, we always include a Post Remediation Verification (PRV) test in our contracts. A PRV is a crucial third-party test performed by a mold assessor, who collects samples from the area that was previously remediated for mold or fungal growth. The goal is to verify that the remediation was successful and that the environment is now safe. Before we begin rebuilding a home affected by flooding or mold damage, we require a PRV test to ensure your home and health are not at risk. These tests are affordable and can ultimately save you tens of thousands of dollars in potential future costs. At Construction Corps, we prioritize people over profit—your safety and well-being always come first.
