It would be great if the conversation would also cover “what is a BIK” V “trivial benefit” for example as this can create confusion for many payrollers in general. Benefits such as mobile phones can be an interesting one which I have seen treated entirely incorrectly recently and been educating HR and payroll teams on. Also I’m sure the big concern will be over data integrity and how clients actually keep track of BIKs per employee! More careful interfaces required between benefit platforms/FMS/expenses/HCM and payroll softwares may really help!
