An innovation culture that thrives on collaboration, experimentation and agility- this is the foundation for driving transformative growth. Fidelma Russo’s insights from HPE resonate deeply with that mindset and what I gathered during my time at MIT Sloan School of Management while receiving my certificate in strategy and innovation- especially the need to embrace risk, break traditional cycles, and co-innovate with customers. Building strong internal networks and staying connected to outside perspectives are essential strategies that organisations need to adopt in order to stay ahead. Innovation isn’t just a priority; it’s a continuous, collective effort. #Innovation #Strategy #Leadership

It can be difficult to see the role of culture in driving innovation, Bandar. It's easy to think that just having an innovation strategy is enough. However, if we think of it like a balanced diet where you need both the right culture and the right strategy to succeed, it becomes easier. Once someone understands this, they can use these tips more effectively.

Great post! I completely agree that an innovation culture that fosters collaboration, experimentation and agility is key to driving transformative growth. In addition, I believe that organisations need to embrace diversity and inclusion in order to truly unlock their innovation potential. By bringing together people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, organisations can generate more creative and innovative ideas. Furthermore, I think it's important for leaders to create a safe space for their teams to take risks and learn from failure. This helps to build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. #Innovation #Strategy #Leadership
