Our platform Dooiu has several innovative features based on applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. One of these features is called Dynamic Pricing. The goal of Dynamic Pricing is to recommend how much a service provider should charge for his time. There are many factors in which a price can vary, such as location, experience (in years), number of clients, the rating of the provider and his service category, such as business or health. Dynamic Pricing is a typical Regression problem in classical Machine Learning, in which the target to be predicted is the price. To solve it, we tried different kinds of algorithms, including: Linear Regression, SVR, Random Forest and XGB Regressor. We also tried using Deep Learning. Our dataset has more than 50 thousand records of real users, and in our experiments the model with best performance was XGB. Compared to the other algorithms, the XGB Regressor model gave us both the minimum RMSE and the maximum R-Squared metric. This solution is a result of the combined effort of several Data Scientists that worked at Dooiu during the last 2 years, including: Ariel Cohen, Ty Dagan, Yonatan Abrams and Tal R.. They gave us an important contribution. I want to thank also my partners at Dooiu that help us define the vision for our company: Nico S., Exequiel Kantor and Cris Berstein.

This breakthrough has led me to a deeper contemplation on the true value of our time. In the face of our finite existence, how can we ensure we're not just productive, but living a life aligned with our deepest values and aspirations? I'd like to share a framework that goes beyond conventional time management: 1. Identify your peak performance hours by recognizing when you're at your best cognitively and emotionally 2. Assess which tasks truly move the needle   - Professionally: Which activities drive your career forward?   - Personally: What nurtures your relationships, health, and personal growth? 3. Calculate your "personal hourly rate" based on goals and expected lifetime   - Consider your life goals and the time you realistically have to achieve them   - Factor in not just financial aspirations, but personal, familiar, and societal impact   *Note that this rate might be surprisingly high, emphasizing the preciousness of each hour 4. Regularly audit how you spend your time against these metrics   - Be brutally honest about where your time goes   - Evaluate if your current time allocation aligns with your calculated personal hourly rate   - Make adjustments to honor the finite nature of your life and career This framework isn't about maximizing every minute for productivity. Instead, it's about ensuring that how we spend our time reflects our true values and aspirations, acknowledging the limited nature of our existence. At Dooiu, we're working to provide tools that support this deeper understanding of time value.
