A B2B CRM should feel like a 🇨🇭Swiss Army knife while a B2C CRM should present itself more like a 👨✈️concierge service. Consider these when you're getting started: CRMs for B2B B2B CRMs focus on long-term relationships, nurturing each lead meticulously. This process often takes much longer to close as your customer is taking their time to shop. 👉 Sales Cycles are much longer but more lucrative 👉 Pipelines are more complex 👉 Account-based management is often a focus 👉 Higher demand for tailored solutions and integrations 👉 Multi-contact relationships are needed for a single account CRMs for B2C In contrast, B2C CRMs emphasize quick, efficient, and personalized touch-points. Probably my favorite thing to NERD out on are different CRM setups. Okay, maybe it's the 4th or 5th favorite thing I like to nerd out on behind Australian licorice vs Twizzlers, Marvel vs. DC, and Android vs. Apple. No matter what type of company you work at or run, the CRM setup is KEY to ensure growth and scale with data that makes sense. Any CRM tool can be customized to fit your needs (my preference is HubSpot 😉 ), but you gotta make sure you keep in mind the different considerations for a CRM fit for B2B vs B2C if you want that hockey stick 🏒 P.S. 🇦🇺 Australian Licorice FTW 💪 Marvel > DC 🤖 Adroid > Apple
