Add. Improve. Experiment. Instead of wondering why your business isn't growing, or sitting around "strategizing", try doing more. Add 5x more right now. More cold calls, more DMs, emails, door knocking, whatever. When you can't do more, do improve. Now is the time to focus on quality. Adjust your scripts. Change your tone. Make your marketing better (call me). Once you've done ALL of that... THEN you can start working in new stuff. Experiment with new outreach, new ad types, new avenues. Add. Improve. Experiment. Rinse. Repeat.
