As an Executive Assistant, I got tired of explaining how important and strategic the role is within the organization and to the individual and I decided to simply offer services where the importance was understood, valued and respected. I consider it a win-win for me and anyone I have to work with. Not only do I consider myself your right hand man and ensure you focus on being more effective by taking administrative and task that require so much thinking for every day process off your table, I want to see you make core decisions without the pressures of "forgetting any important thing in your schedule" Not only do you need your Executive Assistant, it is very important you are in sync. It goes a long way to helping your career. #executiveassistant #superhelpinghands #corporateassistant

BEING AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Over the years, i have gradually moved through the Cadre of an Administrative officer where i have gained hands on experience that has greatly helped me stay relevant in the role. In 2020, I assumed the position of an Executive Assistant while maintaining my role as a Senior Admin Officer. I must say its been an eventful experience and i absolutely love it. I felt compelled to share why I absolutely love my dual roles as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Officer. Here's what keeps me passionate about my work: As an EA and AO, I'm at the center of it all, connecting dots and ensuring smooth workflows across the organization. Each day brings new challenges, allowing me to flex my creative muscles and find innovative solutions in both administrative and executive support capacities. I have been able to master the art of multitasking. Juggling multiple priorities has become second nature, and I thrive on the dynamic nature of both roles. I interact with people at all levels, fostering valuable connections and facilitating communication. The ever-changing business landscape means I'm always acquiring new skills and knowledge in administrative processes and executive support. Knowing that my work directly supports key decision-makers and contributes to the organizations success, whether through administrative efficiency or executive assistance, is incredibly fulfilling. To my fellow EAs and AOs out there, what do you love most about your role(s)? #ExecutiveAssistant #AdministrativeOfficer #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #WorkLifeBalance #JobSatisfaction

Myth - 4: "Executive Assistant is a cool position and has no pressures" Reality: Being an executive assistant can be a very gratifying and exciting job, but there are a lot of obligations and pressures associated with it. In a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, executive assistants help top leaders. This will entail handling several priorities, pressing deadlines, and high-stakes scenarios. They must exhibit great organizational skills, problem-solving talents, and attention to detail because they are entrusted with sensitive information, important judgments, and intricate tasks. Executive assistants may also have to deal with last-minute changes, adjust to changing priorities, and effectively manage stakeholders' and bosses' expectations.
