Putting motion into your business communication is key to engaging your audience effectively. As the director of your narrative, you shape their focus, duration of attention, and ultimate direction. Your story should flow smoothly, driven by your strategy, facilitating easy comprehension for your audience. By structuring emphasis thoughtfully, you prevent the necessity of scanning, guaranteeing your message's clarity. In the realm of business communication, think of yourself more as a film director than a writer.
