really hope this partnership will bring change meanwhile, the current customer journey with #du 1- you got SMS to call 188 for contract renewal 2- you call 188 who tell you contact your account manager, ( which you dont have any more) 3- visit customer care center, who told you need to visit either mirdif CC or Emirates mall center. 4- you go to find que for security guy inspection of all hard copies,( of who knows what is needed, stamped and signed) to get token 5- reach the counter, to know that your Business documents needs update ( which you update three times since April this year and with confirmation email every time), after escaltion 6- Store manager feedabck " on every transaction" we need to update business document ( problem with update you need to wait 24 hours, Another visit). 7- 🤐 8- your journey ends up with porting out request to #etisalat hoping better experience
