Sometimes it feels like you're stuck in an endless cycle of launch stress and client chase, don't you agree? You're pouring your heart into serving your current clients, but the moment you take your foot off the marketing pedal, your pipeline runs dry. It's like trying to drive a car and push it at the same time. When you focus on your clients, your marketing suffers. When you focus on marketing, your client work takes a hit. The result? You're either: - Exhausted from juggling both - Worried about where your next client will come from - Or worse - watching your bank account roller-coaster month after month And let's be honest - this isn't what you envisioned when you started your business. You dreamed of making an impact, not getting caught in the feast-or-famine cycle. The real cost isn't just in lost revenue. It's in the stress, the constant worry, and the energy you could be putting into serving your clients at the highest level. But what if your funnel could run like a well-oiled engine? Imagine having a system that: - Attracts ideal clients while you sleep - Nurtures leads while you serve - Converts prospects while you create That's what an Evergreen Engine funnel does. No more choosing between marketing and serving. No more launch stress. Just a steady stream of qualified clients ready to work with you.

📢 I’m a marketer, but I don’t actively market my own service business. Why? Because I don’t need to! 🚀 For some service providers, strategic focus and operational excellence make heavy marketing unnecessary. Here’s why: 🔹 Word of Mouth is Priceless: Consistent, high-quality service transforms clients into brand advocates. Positive referrals often carry more weight than any advertisement, especially in the service industry. 🔹 Smart Strategy Over Overspending: Effective marketing is about precision, not just budget size. For specialized service providers, identifying the ideal client and focusing on high-impact channels often outperforms broad, costly campaigns. 🔹 Salespeople as Strategic Assets: In some sectors, skilled salespeople are the cornerstone of client acquisition. Their ability to connect, understand client needs, and build trust plays a crucial role in client retention and long-term relationships—something even the best ads can’t achieve alone. 🔹 The Right Cold Calls: Cold calling can still be valuable if it’s strategic. Personalized, targeted calls can create genuine connections, while a blanket approach may feel impersonal. Cold calls aren’t outdated—they’re just evolving with smarter strategy. 🔹 Retention as a Growth Strategy: A key strategic choice is prioritizing customer retention over constant acquisition. Satisfied clients often bring referrals, creating a sustainable growth cycle without heavy marketing expenses. A solid marketing strategy doesn’t mean spending more; it means spending smarter. Want to discuss building a sustainable, strategic approach to growth? Let’s connect! 💬

Business is evolving. Stealing attention is a sin. Here's why I think Inbound is the future of Marketing: Question #1 → Can you name 3 ads you last saw on Google/Fb/Youtube? I think I was on YouTube 20 mins before writing this. I already can't answer this. Now let's flip the question a little bit. Question #2 → Can you name 3 companies that were human & helpful when needed? • The warm Sandwich Guy next to your office • The software company that promptly replied to your email • The dream creator who responded to your DM. Inbound is a Mindset-shift! We are now truly in the Digital age. Today, we have infinite choices for EVERYTHING. And I mean EVERYTHING! As Seth Godin says, "Selling to people who actually want to hear from you is more effective than interrupting strangers who don't" The way of inbound is to attract people who would be interested in us! As Inbound Marketers, • We tell stories to show people transformations. • We talk to people like humans. Build trust with them. • We create experiences through our products & services. The days of Outbound Marketing (Google/Fb/YT) ads are numbered. People want to be seen. People want to be understood. People don't want a guru, they want a guide: A guide who stands with them educates them & then inspires them to action. The losing mindset: "Look here, I'll show you my product." The winning mindset: "Wanna get a cup of coffee? Maybe I can help you."

Clients won’t pay what you’re worth? Try this. Nobody pays you for what YOU think you are “worth”. They pay based on your PERCEIVED value. Or what THEY think you are worth. You’re frustrated because your REAL value is far greater than your perceived value. How to fix this? You have to elevate your perceived value until it matches your real value. Maybe you have one of these three problems… Messaging Problem - You describe yourself as a “marketing coach” instead of “results-hungry Growth Advisor for growing businesses.” Offer Problem - You offer “great marketing ideas” but not “great marketing ideas backed up by my team’s world-class implementation.” Believability Problem - You say “I get amazing results” instead of posting the DM from your client saying “wow we just had our best month ever.” Being more valuable though means you actually have to be worthy of it. If you are dominating on value based earning, then do us all a solid and share your POV in the comments. How do you help prospects perceive your real value?

You're doing it wrong, and you know it. Let's face it – your marketing feels like a shot in the dark, doesn't it? Remember that "foolproof" strategy you tried last month? How'd that work out? And don't get me started on those "expert" consultants draining your wallet. You're knee-deep in buzzwords, but your sales aren't budging. Meanwhile, your competitor across the street is killing it. Frustrating, right? You're burning the midnight oil, but for what? More stress? C'mon, admit it – you've wondered if there's a better way. But asking for help feels like admitting defeat, doesn't it? Here's the kicker: it's not your fault. The deck is stacked against small businesses like yours. Those big agencies? They're counting on your desperation. They're selling you a Ferrari when all you need is a reliable pickup truck. Isn't it time to break free from this madness? Picture this: growth without the constant headaches. Success without sacrificing your sanity. Sounds nice, doesn't it? A future where marketing actually puts money in your pocket, not just takes it out. Ready to flip the script and start playing by your own rules? I've got two spots available this week. Book yours before they're gone. DM for booking link.

You will always have some level of anxiety around where your clients are coming from. If you don't have a sales plan. Your success will depend on being found or referred. You will waste time..... Many founders should remember this: The beginner’s mindset is a gift. If you repeat what everyone else does, make your website look the same, copy their marketing tactics, use the same words in your sales pitch. You become predictable - another pitch a customer heard 1000x. It’s ok to be a little bold, and different, and try new things in your go-to- market. You don’t have much to lose, and all in the world to gain. Besides, you may be just what the customer needs …a change.

People always ghost me when I do this…..and my guess is it’s happening to you too 👇🏼 ——————————————————————- ——> Drop my prices <—— Without question, the moment I put an offer on, I guarantee my enquires and responses drop. 👉🏼 People can’t afford it 👉🏼 It’s not what they need 👉🏼 “Now isn’t the right time” 👉🏼 Absolutely no response to my messages But here’s the thing……THEY aren’t the right people for me or visa versa. And I’m totally ok with that; energetically and from an awareness that success in business is based largely on probability and statistics. And the moment I raise my rates again, clients invest quickly, without hesitation. So what’s the difference? 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. I send out offers to encourage people to move into my sales funnel, and yes, whilst some do, many don’t because the energy match is off. It calls in the wrong audience for me because my position online isn’t to be accessible to everyone, it’s to be exclusive to those who are empowered to move and need me the most. This is the entire point of effective marketing that magnetises your ideal clients and customers. You don’t need to be for everyone and that’s absolutely ok! Have the courage to charge what you want based on YOUR experience, NOT what others can afford ✌🏼 👉🏼 And if you’re ready to understand and find your voice online, so you can show up for those who need you the most, follow me here Laura Amy Or drop me a DM to discuss how we can, together, scale you impact, authority and income online 💰

The more money you make from LinkedIn, the less time you have to talk about how much money you make on LinkedIn... Because you’re too busy actually doing the work. 💼 And I know, I might *look* like one of those people spending hours engaging— But here’s the truth: I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes or less (Even though I *want* to do more!). I haven’t even managed to reply to all my DMs, let alone send any outbound ones. 📩 (I’m working on it, I promise!! 🤦♀️😩) Why? Because I’m too busy growing client accounts, delivering results, and training new team members due to the demand. (And the top standards I want to deliver to each client. So they keep paying me... 💸😉) Because *that’s* what builds a real business. Not the newest “digital marketing—make money quick” trend... If you’re considering hiring a "marketing expert," here’s what to look out for: 1: Anyone can talk about how much money they’ve made. 🔑Look for someone who’s focused on delivering real results for their clients, not just their own wins. 2: Don’t get caught up in flashy trends. 🔑Real growth comes from sticking to a well-thought-out, long-term strategy. 3: Ask for examples of how they’ve helped other businesses grow. 🔑Look for proven success, not just promises of quick results. 4: Be wary of anyone promisingly “instant results.” 🔑True marketing takes time, effort, and persistence—there are no shortcuts…. To sum it up 👇 Less talk, more action—that’s the real strategy. 🔥
