🚀 WOW! Our sales from Amazon's Black Friday Early Deals are smashing expectations! 📈 [tips below] This year marks Amazon’s first-ever 12-day BFCM event, and it's on pace to outperform traditional Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Aaron Cordovez's post made me check too and for us it's a 112-313% increase compared to same day last year (depending on the product). 💥 Speaking of what can crush your CTR & CVR: a great deal on an amazing listing! I am mindful of potential shopper fatigue and the risk of BFCM losing its deal exclusivity as a result, but so far I'm pretty pumped! 💡 Tips for Fellow Amazon Sellers: 1️⃣ Stock Management: Better to be a bit overstocked for Nov-Dec than to go OOS. Your product may go viral while on a deal (one of ours got picked up yesterday and we sold 281 units while an average day is ~3-4 units). 2️⃣ Margin Control: Maintain profitability by setting min/max pricing and avoiding excessive (unnecessary?) ads or forgotten coupons. For me: no ads (2-3% tacos) and no coupons until Dec 3 to stay profitable. ⚠️ Also, if you're on Creator Connections and/or Levanta - keep track of your affiliate commissions. Let’s see how this goes... Have strategies or advice to share during the early BF craziness? Drop a comment below! 👇 #AmazonSeller #BFCM #BlackFriday #Ecommerce #AmazonFBA

It’s official: “Turkey 12” is coming! Amazon just announced that Black Friday deals will start on November 21, a full week before Thanksgiving. This early kick-off means shoppers can dive into holiday deals sooner, and it’s heating up the competition as retailers race to capture those early-season dollars. Amazon is aiming to grab the attention of early-bird shoppers and keep them engaged well before the usual Black Friday rush. Expect to see a lot of “window shoppers” browsing early and making mental wish lists to come back and buy closer to Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Spend will rise and it will seem like sales aren’t following, but my guess is that they’ll come through once we hit the usual Turkey 5 weekend. For brands, now’s the perfect time to optimize your listings to grab the attention of early shoppers. (It might also be a good chance to test out the new AMC Custom Audience x Sponsored Product feature in the Ad Console to retarget those viewers!)

Boring Amazon Hack #15 - Prime Exclusive Discounts for BF/CM In my experience, PEDs are the best performing discount type for holidays outside of Lightning Deals (on best sellers) or Best Deals (on top sellers). PEDs get additional merchandising (and I think additional SEO because Amazon wants to convert people to Prime customers). The trick with BF/CM, though, is that the BF PED window is 11/21-11/30, a full 10 days! If you want the PED to run on Black Friday it also includes the full lead up and run out. One strategy you could consider is running a PED starting 11/21 then cancel the PED after x number of days that you want to be discounting. Unfortunately, there is no way to strictly target Black Friday or BF+weekend. Cyber Monday PEDs can run Black Saturday(?) through Cyber Monday, though, a much shorter time frame. This may be a better strategy to still capture sales without sacrificing too much margin. Historically, Cyber Monday revenue is 80-100% of Black Friday revenue, so you can still see significant volume. This year we have T12 (Turkey 12) instead of T5. Next year will probably be T30. And the year after that will be T365. Oh wait...

Attention, newbie Amazon sellers! Q4 is near and lots of events are lined up including Black Friday. Don't panic. You still have time to get in on the sales frenzy and make a killing. Here are some pre-event strategies to get you ready: 1. Get your inventory in check. Running out of stock is a big no-no. Invest in good inventory management software to ensure you're well-stocked and on top of your game. 2. Optimize your listings. Make your products stand out with compelling titles, high-quality images, and detailed descriptions. Use relevant keywords to boost visibility and conversions. 3. Use advertising wisely. Sponsored products and sponsored brands are powerful tools to drive traffic and increase sales. But don't overspend on ads that give you a low ROI. Use data to optimize your ad spend. 4. Offer irresistible deals. Black Friday shoppers are bargain hunters. Offer them discounts, bundle deals, and free shipping to stand out from the competition. 5. Prepare your team. Make sure your team is ready to handle the increased traffic, orders, and customer service inquiries. Train them well and have a backup plan in case of emergencies. Black Friday can be a game-changer for your business. Start preparing now to make the most of this sales event. Good luck! #blackfriday #Q4 #Amazon #Amzonics #preeventstrategy
