A helpful tip - in the video you'll see an OSB board being used as a cutting table with a slit in the middle for a simple saw guide - the rough OSB surface helps stop insulation slipping about while cutting. One of the reasons we use hemp fibre is because it's so durable - it not only lasts a long time, the strong fibres mean insulation won't slump in your walls.
