We came across the trust equation. Often used to support internal teams, the equation can equally be used by brands when developing their communication. Remember you are speaking to people, so the same principles should apply to your online and offline content. The trust equation says;(Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy) / Self-Orientation = Trustworthiness. What do each of these elements actually mean?

I know, I know – we are not supposed to say it's Spring before March 20th!🍃 Blame it on Friday or the sun coming through the windows, but I think most of us are ready for some Spring Cleaning of our content. Here's how to do it! 🔵 Review (and, if needed, update) your brand voice and tone. 🔵 Ensure your messaging is consistent across all the platforms you are using in your comms. 🔵 Befriend Grammarly if you haven't already. 🔵 Test some new tactics: hooks, CTAs, different structures of the content, etc. 🔵 Adjust your content based on feedback and results.
