I am excited to share that I have successfully completed the ALX AiCE - AI Career Essentials program. This journey has been incredibly enriching, and I have gained valuable insights into the world of AI. Throughout the course, I learned about the impact of AI on jobs and creativity, strategies for using AI responsibly and creatively, the importance of entrepreneurial skills in the age of AI, and the exploration of the future of work and how AI can enhance our lives. This program has equipped me with essential knowledge and skills.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of the modern workplace, the ability to manage uncertainties has become a crucial skill. Yesterday I had the privilege of speaking at the Career Nuggets Spring Fireside chat alongside Catherine Osaigbovo and Bernadette T., where we delved into the skills required to navigate today’s VUCA world using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Social Intelligence, and Cultural Intelligence. During my discussion, I highlighted the transformative role of AI as a co-pilot in our professional journeys. AI’s potential to augment our capabilities is immense, and embracing it can lead to unparalleled efficiency and innovation. The saying “AI may not replace your job, but someone who uses AI may replace you” resonates deeply, and buttresses the urgency to integrate AI into our work processes. AI is not just a tool; it’s a partner that helps us navigate through the complexities of our jobs, providing insights and solutions that were previously unattainable. Continuous learning and fostering meaningful relationships, as emphasised by Catherine Osaigbovo, are crucial for standing out in our respective organisations and in the marketplace. Bernadette T. highlighted Cultural Intelligence's importance, as it allows us to bridge gaps, foster inclusive workplaces, and drive organisation success.
