Equipping Leaders with the Tools for Inclusive Leadership & EDI Success | Trainer, Facilitator & Speaker

Don’t underestimate…… The power of the words you choose to use. Be it spoken or written, words have power. I’m super-interested in the use of language, especially the use of derogatory and non inclusive language in schools between students. It’s definitely not a new concept - but it’s taken off exponentially in the last few years, partly due to a variety of factors including social media and the relative ease of being able to say something derogatory and non inclusive and then being able to share it. To everyone. Quickly. 🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ School leaders are struggling to keep up with the pace of the whole “he said, she said” back and forth or the seriousness of what is said - potential hate crimes - or the time that it takes to unpack it all, to get a conclusion. It’s a nightmare 😱😱😱😱 However, I have something that could just help you manage your overwhelm. But don’t take my word for it. Read the testimonial 👇🏿where my client was just like you and decided to take action. Result. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🏅🏅 Once you’ve read the testimonial, DM me for details of my Talk Inclusive programme. And if you want to have a conversation about your situation, let’s do just that!! Start 2025 strong by getting a handle on this growing issue that takes up TOO MUCH of your time. #TalkInclusive #DerogatoryAndNonInclusiveLanguage #WordsHavePower
