With the recent expansion to Sweden, there’s no denying that The Floor is on track for global success. The show’s format, simple yet addictive, sees competitors participate with their own field of knowledge, represented by an LED square on the floor, and then duel to take over the entire LED floor space. But what really sets it apart is its dynamic energy, thanks to the use of #AGITO in Sports and MagTrax mode. Blending the free roaming capabilities of Sports with the tracked precision of MagTrax, AGITO navigates the LED floor with accuracy and security; weaving between contestants and then breaking away to capture the action. It’s a combination that guarantees thorough coverage of the competition while maintaining safety and has become a hallmark of the show’s production format. AGITO’s ability for remote operation also plays a key role in maintaining The Floor’s fast pace. Operators can control the camera from a distance to gain a better view of the stage and provide reactive shots. By being able to capture shots more quickly and accurately, time spent in production is significantly reduced. As a result, producers have more bandwidth to focus on other show aspects, like planning future seasons or expanding the format to other countries...
