Last week our Business Applications team hosted the final Client Forum of 2024 at the elegant Hotel Kurrajong in Barton, ACT. 🥂This end-of-year event provided a relaxed and festive atmosphere, complete with canapés, drinks, and plenty of opportunities for networking. One thing I’ve learned from our Bali team building: Business doesn’t have to be all work to be productive—but sometimes it does start with overcoming the toughest challenges. In just four weeks in Bali I experienced: - Covid intro - Bali belly follow up - Fever to cap it off. Let’s just say it wasn’t the smoothest start. But pushing through those hurdles set the stage for other amazing days: epic beach clubs, cliff diving, and at least two unforgettable birthdays! 🎉 (Farhad F., Jelle Buth + some of our mutual friends) On the business side, I took the chance to dive deep into our processes. Revamping the CRM, uncovering inefficiencies in lead distribution, and syncing with Jelle Buth sparked some real breakthroughs. We came up with fresh strategies, turned insights into action, and even rolled out a new visual framework for our weekly meetings. Now it’s time to bring that energy to Bangkok and gear up for prime action at DevCon. 🚀 Challenges met, progress made, and the journey continues!
