We’re excited to share the completion of our latest project—a sophisticated penthouse on Washington Street with stunning views of the Hudson River! This project highlights Atrium Constructions’ ability to blend the innovative design from Mariana do Rey Vega with exceptional craftsmanship. The space features a slatted wood panel wall that connects with custom kitchen cabinetry, creating a cohesive look. The kitchen appliances are built-in and concealed from view, contributing to a sleek, minimal aesthetic. For added functionality, the kitchen island includes hidden storage behind the Travertino stone. We also transformed the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, incorporating luxury walnut cabinetry throughout. A sculpted organic stone sink adds a distinctive touch to the powder room, while skylights in both the kitchen and powder room bring in an abundance of natural light. The en-suite bathroom, complete with a standalone tub, offers a luxurious retreat. This project showcases our ability to create functional, elegant living spaces with precision.
