How do you ensure you contact a company at a time when the media planning is still happening? Being able to contact companies or their agencies at the right time is crucial for anyone in media sales. Typically the first time a brand gets on the radar is when the campaign launches and you see the ad all over TV or digital, as well as press releases through all the industry news sites.
