World Mental Health Day, it’s essential to remind ourselves and others that mental health is just as important as physical health. Mental well-being is the foundation for a productive, balanced, and fulfilling life, yet it’s often overlooked or stigmatised. Taking the time to check in on our mental health—and supporting those around us—is a step towards creating a healthier, more compassionate world. Mental Health Week shouldnt just be a week, it should be addressed all year round. Having personnaly dealt with this in my life, and also knowing friends and family members in similar positions, it's so important to understand every action has a reaction. By speaking the way you did, sending the email and not calling, or by leaving that message and coming back to it, it can be interpruted in a number of ways which may not be intended. I am a huge advocate of it's good to talk. Pick up a phone, go for a coffee, and just talk. a problem shared can often be a problem solved. #BeAFriendToSomeone
