Thanksgiving is upon us, and like many of you, I'm juggling gratitude, gravy and group projects. Nonetheless, I've got 5 tips for you this Thanksgiving. Be sure to start with gratitude. I'm thankful for my coffee, my team, and my mute button. And always be sure to delegate like a pro. Good morning, I'm morning. If I could invite you to help me. I'm trying to get just the right drink. Something with a lot of foam makes me feel like I'm on the cloud. You know, Right amount of caffeine. Strong, bold flavor expands my whole name. What am I looking for? So cappuccino. Ohh, yeah, that's it. That's perfect. This is what delegation is all about. Be sure to stay connected and virtual totally counts. I'm just glad to see rather. And if you don't want them to hear you smacking. Gratitude. You sure you don't skip the pie? Steve, Steve, what are you doing that's not for you, It's for research. Be sure to count your blessings. You all are what makes this job so rewarding and all seriousness. And this Thanksgiving season, I want you to know how grateful I am for each of you, our members, your dedication, your faith, your creativity. First Thessalonians 5 encourages us to always be joyful, to be faithful in prayer, to be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for us as followers of Christ. Jesus, I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. And don't forget the extra whipped cream on the pie.

Reflecting on Gratitude Beyond Our Control 🍂 As Thanksgiving approaches, the air is filled with reminders to reflect on what we're thankful for. Friends, family, a roof over our heads, or perhaps even a solid financial foundation—all these blessings are worth celebrating. But one question I love to ask is: What are you grateful for that was completely out of your control? Think back over the past year. What made you thank your lucky stars? Was it a stroke of good fortune you couldn’t have planned for—or perhaps something you could have prepared for but didn't? For me, it's been the weather in NYC. This year, we've enjoyed a mild winter with hardly any snow and a summer that never reached triple digits. As someone who loves spending time outdoors, good weather is an unexpected blessing I truly appreciate. This simple exercise in gratitude reminds me of a powerful financial truth: While we can't control everything, we can prepare for the unexpected. What out-of-your-control moment are you thankful for this year?
