🏡 The difference between my client paying LMI and not having to pay LMI on their next investment property came down to 4 Valuations 1 - $682,000 🔥 2 - $605,000 3 - $590,000 4 - $580,000 💲 Using valuation 1 we can now tap into $75,600 of available equity to put towards the deposit and cover stamp duty cost on their next investment. Not one product fits all and not one valuation fits all. If these customers had gone direct to either lender 2, 3 or 4 they would have been told they don't have enough equity in their investment property and they are going to need to pay LMI.
