Valuable information, very well explained. Better eating habits and exercise are things we overlook most often because we are always either busy or tired. We often forget the saying 'health is wealth', which is a 100% true statement. Although this may not be the ideal platform, I would like to share this on LinkedIn for the benefit of anyone seeking guidelines and inspiration for a healthier lifestyle. If you have time, please watch the video.

✨ Happy Diwali! ✨ As we celebrate the festival of lights, let’s take a moment to reflect on the deeper meaning of Diwali—especially in our fast-paced corporate lives, often clouded by insecurities and constant change. Diwali reminds us of the triumph of light over darkness, of resilience over challenges. In today’s professional world, let’s translate this spirit into: • Embracing Change with Positivity: Just as Diwali lights illuminate our surroundings, let’s welcome transformation with optimism, seeing it as an opportunity for growth and innovation. • Building Resilience: Amid rapid change, resilience is our guiding flame. Let’s face uncertainties with strength, learn from setbacks, and continue moving forward. • Supporting One Another: Diwali is also about togetherness. In our workplaces, let’s uplift and inspire each other, creating a culture where everyone feels valued and supported. Wishing each of you a Diwali filled with peace, prosperity, and purpose. May we continue to illuminate our paths and bring light to those around us, no matter how challenging the journey may be. Happy Diwali to all! 🪔 Here’s to a year filled with hope, resilience, and growth.
May this #Diwali brighten your life with happiness, health, and wealth.

Neem tree leaves which we call कडुलिंब has special significance on Gudi Padwa day. Right from my childhood remember eating Neem and Jaggery as prasad.Unlike most Indian festivals, where Prasad comprises something sweet, Gudi Padwa is one of the few festivals where people are treated to a unique preparation made from neem & jaggery. The significance of this mixture is the basic essence of life itself, which is a combination of bitter & sweet, neem is bitter while jaggery is sweet. So while consuming this mixture, people are reminded that life is a blend of good & bad experiences, both of which must be faced with equal vigor. The spring season starts from the day of Gudi Padwa. As the brightness of the sun increases during this time, the atmosphere becomes drier, sunnier and warmer. And due to its influence, the content of bile in the body also increases. Due to this, people may suffer stomach disorders, mouth ulcers, vomiting, dysentery, hearthburn, excessive sweating, many skin diseases like itching, hives and sweating. Therefore, neem is traditionally consumed on Gudi padwa to prevent such diseases. So as a good medicine for several diseases, our elders have made it a religious practice or tradition on the day of Gudi Padwa to consume neem and jaggery.
