Most people think driving #directbookings is a traffic game, I think they are wrong. While traffic is obviously necessary, it doesn't guarantee conversion. Behavioral analysis + data confirmation has always been the best combination to me. So let's look into numbers : - 80% of OTA traffic visitors abandon their visit. - 43% of Americans didn’t like booking travel, including 23% of GenZ travelers. - A third of families considered the process of making online hotel bookings extremely time-consuming—23% of them didn’t enjoy booking trips.
