I think when you think about modern leadership, right, I think if you think about it through the lens of you are a pilot in an airline, a big, big, big airline and you're flying this enormous plane and you're, you know, just like in business, you're launching something new or you're building a new team or you're looking to scale your business. There's that aggressive takeoff, right? And you are leading the charge at that takeoff and at some point and, and all of your passengers. Or trusting you to get us up in the air safely, right? That is you as a leader, then you're going to hit some turbulence. And when that turbulence happens, the captain is not coming around blaming passengers or blaming the stewardess. You know, if there's an issue in the plane that that captain is focused on just getting through the turbulence. Keeping everybody safe, giving everyone the confidence and courage to be calm and to solve those problems. And then eventually the pilot hopefully lands the plane, right? Hopefully as a leader, a modern leader, you then land the plane. Whether it's scaling revenues or building a new team or, you know, putting your brand out there in a whole new way, you got to land the plane.
