Growing up in the military, I've faced the very challenges I now help others navigate. My heart is in assisting military families to find their perfect home with a seamless transition. Here's a quick glimpse at my personalized three-phase process that makes it happen: 1️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 I begin with a comprehensive consultation to truly understand the needs of the family—whether it's a particular school district, property style, or proximity to amenities. I call this the 'Discovery and Planning' phase, where I tailor a home search to fit their unique lifestyle. 2️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Time is often of the essence for military moves. I leverage my market knowledge and relationships to negotiate effectively and empathetically, ensuring fair deals aligned with my clients' timelines and needs. 3️⃣ 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 Smooth transitions require meticulous follow-ups. From setting up utilities to introducing local resources, I handle the details to make our client's move as hassle-free as possible. Moving is more than logistics—it's about creating a place where families can find comfort. That's my promise. If you're planning a move, let's connect and find your perfect place! #MilitaryRelocation #RealEstate #FamilySupport

This video is an incredible insight into the training of our future Sailors. So where do we go wrong? Sailors are motivated to be their best selves after they leave boot camp, but we often complain that junior Sailors are “unmotivated,” “lazy,” etc once they’ve been at a command for a few months. We see them as “trying to do as little as possible.” But who is that on? Whose responsibility is it to motivate people who VOLUNTARILY joined the armed forces? Some would say “Big Navy,” and they’re right. Because “Big Navy” is every single person in that Sailor’s chain of command. “Big Navy” is the person who lets small infractions slide. If you are wearing a uniform, you are “Big Navy” to everyone who is not wearing the cloth of our nation. So yes, we are responsible for motivating our team members to be the best version of themselves- the one they wanted to be when they graduated boot camp and stepped onboard for the first time. WE ARE BIG NAVY. #navy #coe2.0 #forgedbythesea

"Many veterans return from combat with a belief that they could have done something different, said something different, or somehow could have changed an outcome. In their minds, the fault lies squarely on their own shoulders. These thoughts create a false narrative in their minds, which causes feelings of guilt and self-doubt to permeate almost all aspects of their lives." In my book, "From Service to Success: New Mission, New Purpose, and a New Journey to a Great Life" I share strategies on how to break free of these kinds of unhealthy and unhelpful thought patterns.
