Using probability models, even giving #Bitcoin a 10% chance of capturing 50% of the $320 trillion real estate market over 10 years implies #Bitcoin should already be worth $620K today, not $70K. He (and other crypto currency founders) refuted Mises' regression theorem that value of money can be traced back to its value as a commodity.
