This frozen yoghurt recipe is packed with berry goodness and just the right amount of sweetness. 🍨🫐🍓 Ingredients: - 1 ½ cups (350 g) plain dairy-free yoghurt [or vanilla yoghurt] - 1 Tablespoon of honey - 2 cups (245 g) frozen blueberries - 3 cups (450 g) frozen strawberries Directions: 1- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. 2- Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. 3- In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately. Rainbow Boats (Servings 2-4) 🌈 Ingredients For the Sauce: 1/3 cup tahini 🥄 2 tbsp. lemon juice 🍋 1 tbsp. maple syrup 🍁 Pinch sea salt 🧂 Water to thin, if needed 💧 Directions: 1. 🥣 Prepare sauce by whisking tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Add water 1 tbsp. at a time, until dressing thickness is to your liking. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Set aside. 2. 🍃 Arrange lettuce “boats” on a platter, and begin filling with 1-2 tbsp. of hummus.
