In Spanish, we say “el saber no ocupa lugar” (knowledge doesn’t take up space)… Well, that’s not entirely true. 💻📚 Just two weeks into #EMDIEL, and I’m already close to filling up two netbooks! 😅 Need an example? You start the master’s programme knowing almost nothing about app development. Then, after just three intense days in the Fundamentals for Digital Innovators module, you find yourself at K.I.E.Z. Künstliche Intelligenz Entrepreneurship Zentrum—an incubator & accelerator for scientific startups. 🚀🤖 There, you’re not only witnessing a real startup pitch but also understanding the technical fundamentals behind it—enough to see the business potential with clarity. 💡📈 And that’s not all. You also get a taste of entrepreneurship by understanding how to pitch your own ideas, diving straight into the deep end of the startup world. 🌊💼 The takeaway? Learning doesn’t just expand your knowledge; it pushes your creativity—and your storage capacity—to the limit! 🧠💾 #Innovation #ContinuousLearning #DigitalTransformation #Design

#StartupValidation #LandingPage #IdeaValidation #RealWorldExperience Hey everyone! 👋 I’ve noticed that a lot of modern startup guides talk about the importance of validating your ideas before diving headfirst into development. One popular recommendation is to create a landing page and drive traffic to it. The idea is that if enough people click that sign-up button, it proves there’s interest, and you can proceed with your product. Sounds good in theory, right? Well, I tried this method with several products that I thought had potential—one that I felt really confident about after doing my market research and chatting with potential users. But here’s the kicker: not a single sign-up. It left me questioning: Is this whole "landing page validation" approach a bit overrated? 🤔 Some thoughts I have: Real-world results matter: It feels a bit frustrating when you’ve put the effort into creating a neat landing page but get zero traction. Traffic sources are crucial: Were the right pe... Is Landing Page Validation Overrated for Startup Success? Answers: https://lnkd.in/d5Pc9efy

To succeed in the market, being good at writing codes and creating apps with nice features is just the beginning. You need to think like an entrepreneur, with skills like marketing and more. Delivery FAST and Learn FASTER 🚀: Thoughts from a 40-Minute MVP Yesterday, my friend Pedro Henrique Sátiro came to me to discuss about a future project on Relay Monitoring Interface (including hardware). As we were talking about technical possibilities, I wondered: Why not build the whole thing from scratch now? (On a Friday night) In just 40 MINUTES, not only did we have the entire prototype working, but we also made decisions on other iterations to try. It's not pretty, of course, but come on - 40 minutes! Planning is important, of course, but the process is always the best teacher. Learning from mistakes isn't just a cliché; it's state of the art! #MVP #StartupLife #TechInnovation #LearnByDoing #Prototype #FailFast #TechTalk #Innovation #HardwareDevelopment #RelayMonitoring #FridayNightCoding #RapidDevelopment #StateOfTheArt #ContinuousLearning #Entrepreneurship

Who would have thought that software demoing is a skill of its own? I realized I could do better, so I picked up Peter Cohan's fantastic books Great Demo! and Doing Discovery. Just two weeks of studying the material, and I’m already seeing huge improvements in both results and engagement with potential clients. What’s even better is that Peter Cohan himself is such a generous soul! I just had a truly insightful and delightful call with him. #Startup #FounderHandbook #MustRead
