Talking to young minds can have a profound impact as it shapes their perspectives, values, and aspirations. It influences their cognitive development, emotional well-being, and social interactions. Positive interactions can inspire creativity, instill confidence, and foster a love for learning, while negative experiences can lead to self-doubt, limited thinking, and emotional distress. Therefore, engaging with young minds responsibly and positively can contribute to their growth and future success. #PWVidyapeeth #physicswallah PW (PhysicsWallah) Satish Mishra #Lucknow

Today we are looking at Curiosity, the third element of the PACE approach. Curiosity can be one of the most powerful tools the Wellbeing Support Practitioners at Limitless Futures use to build meaningful relationships. It’s not just about asking questions – it’s about showing genuine interest in our participants world, thoughts, and experiences. When we approach conversations with open minds and hearts, young people feel seen, valued, and understood. - It encourages trust and open dialogue. - It shows that you care about their unique perspectives. - It empowers them to share more about what's important to them. Comprehension is more than just understanding; it's about delving deep into the fabric of experiences to truly grasp the nuances of a situation. While we can glean knowledge from books and lectures, there exists a realm of comprehension that can only be unlocked by walking in another's shoes, particularly those experiencing adversity like poverty, unemployment, or food insecurity. Empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of another, is deeply intertwined with comprehension. It's easy to sympathize from a distance, but true empathy requires a visceral understanding of the challenges faced by others. This understanding is not merely academic but stems from experiencing similar conditions firsthand. Individuals who have encountered and navigated through these trials possess a unique comprehension that transcends textbooks and theories. They've felt the pang of hunger, the stress of unemployment, and the despair of poverty. Their comprehension is not just intellectual; it's visceral, born from the depths of lived experience. This heightened level of comprehension enables individuals to see beyond the surface of issues, to understand the underlying complexities, and to empathize with others in a profound and meaningful way. It breeds compassion and drives action, as those who truly comprehend the struggles of others are compelled to alleviate their suffering and advocate for change. Moreover, this depth of comprehension fosters resilience and resourcefulness. Those who have weathered the storm of adversity possess a unique perspective on life's challenges. They understand the value of perseverance, the importance of community, and the resilience of the human spirit. In a world where divisions often overshadow unity, where misunderstandings fuel conflicts, and where empathy seems in short supply, the value of comprehension cannot be overstated. It bridges gaps, fosters connections, and cultivates a deeper understanding of our shared humanity. Those who master the highest levels of comprehension, born from experiencing the conditions of others, become beacons of empathy and understanding in a world desperately in need of both. Theirs is a comprehension that transcends boundaries, enriches lives, and inspires change. It's a comprehension that empowers us to see beyond ourselves, to embrace the diversity of human experience, and to work towards a more compassionate and just world for all. #empathyinleadership #comprehension #understandingothers #empathymatters #empathymatters

Whatever you see, you are likely to think so, We as human beings are inherently visual creatures, and our minds constantly interpret the world around us based on what we see, However, what we perceive is influenced by our individual perspectives, beliefs, and past experiences, Our interpretations are shaped by our unique mental frameworks and cultural backgrounds. Moreover, our thoughts often influence what we see, If we have a preconceived notion or expectation about something, This phenomenon is evident in various aspects of life, from art interpretation to social interactions, Try to see beautiful things because what we see we feel it. #linkedincreators #linkedinforgrowth #thoughts #positivity #learning #education

Being instead of doing. 🔑 Please take a moment to listen to these ❤️words. Let’s stop asking our youths where they are going or what they are going to do next. If you ask me, it’s like asking a newly married couple when they are going to have kids, or asking someone who just lost their job what they are going to do for work — none of your damn business. And when you ask close-minded questions like this, you are presenting the idea that there is only one way to live life! There are so many other options out there after high school and we can all agree it’s good for our kids and future generations to have a plan in place. But… knowing who we are before what we want to do is so much better! Young adults who learn to live with uncertainty gain lasting wisdom: that we are in control of less than we think, that everything is always changing, and that we have much to be grateful for in the present moment. Being instead of doing. For a generation as anxious, lonely and depressed as this one, this may be a skill worth acquiring. The pressure is there, though, isn’t it? It starts when we are very young, even before we begin school. “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I believe that when we change the question, it encourages our youths to reflect and focus on their character strengths which is much more powerful. This also alleviates some of the pressure and anxiety that youth are currently experiencing, because of the expectations put on them to know exactly what they want to do when they graduate high school. The future of work #futureofwork is unknown and it is important to start shifting the dialogue so that children and youth can be future ready in a confident way. The what is a moving target and the who is already inside of them.

🌟 The Hidden Stories: The Power of Connection and Understanding 🌟 In our daily interactions, it’s easy to forget that everyone we meet carries a unique and often unseen story. This truth became clear to me through my high school experience, where the power of connection profoundly shaped my journey. I was fortunate to have teachers who saw beyond the surface and recognized the potential in me, despite challenges I faced. They didn’t just teach; they invested their time and energy into understanding my situation and supporting my growth. One teacher, in particular, went above and beyond to offer encouragement and opportunities, helping me see a future beyond my immediate circumstances. Their belief in me wasn’t just about academic success; it was about nurturing my self-confidence and pushing me to explore my potential. This support was transformative and demonstrated that sometimes, the most impactful connections come from understanding and compassion. Today, as we navigate our professional and personal lives, it’s crucial to remember that we don’t always know someone’s full story. The people we encounter may face challenges we can’t see, and a simple act of genuine support can make a world of difference. By building authentic connections and striving to understand others’ experiences, we can create opportunities and foster growth where it’s needed most. Let’s be mindful of the stories that remain untold and commit to making a positive impact through empathy and support. Our efforts to understand and uplift those around us can lead to profound change and a more inclusive society. #Empathy #Connection #Understanding #Support #SocialImpact

It is amazing to see how while answering examination questions, some students make use of the exact explanation and example given them in class as answers. What this reminded me of is the innocence with which we were born as humans into this world. We were born with no opinion of our own, ideologies and philosophies of our own. Anything and everything we do are shaped by what we picked up from the things we opened our eyes into. Just as students will swallow hook, line, and sinker the subjects taught in class, so, many of us have soaked in everything that happened around us (environment) and become a reflection of all those who played a role or the other in raising us. Of a truth, we are a function of those who raised us and the environment we were raised. It will require an objective assessment and an open minded intentionality to come to terms with the fact that our environment and those who raised us have conditioned our being to a certain way of life. Knowing this, it is important that opinion shapers, public figures, leaders, parents, mentors, counsellors, e.t.c. are whole enough, always strive to balance thoughts and not quick to give skewed expressions. The things we teach and opinions we lay emphasis on today are seeds we are sowing into the life of future life shapers. Nobody really lives for him/herself. You are an inspiration to someone, somewhere, somehow. Therefore, it is pertinent we uphold balanced views. After all, everything in this life is open for rethinking. #consistency #21_day_writing_challenge

"You may not realise how much you have influenced my life... ...In between our debates about cancel culture and discussions on human consciousness, you've truly changed things for the better. The most significant gift you've given me is an appreciation for the world and the opportunities around me, along with a hope for the future. You've inspired me to pursue the things I love and to constantly better and challenge myself." These words, written by a year 12 student last year, hold a special place in my home and my heart. While it's easy to attribute difficulties in connecting with young people to social media and information overload, the real difference lies in understanding how to truly connect. Navigating through the noise of social media and the overwhelming amount of information can indeed be challenging, but the ability to connect with children and young adults on a deeper level can be truly transformative. Emotional intelligence plays a pivotal role in this connection. As a teacher, your ability to empathise, understand, and respond to the emotions of your students can have a profound impact on their academic success and personal development. By honing your emotional intelligence skills, you can create a supportive and nurturing environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued. This approach fosters trust and respect, paving the way for meaningful connections that inspire growth and resilience. If you are interested in enhancing your own emotional intelligence so that you can effectively show and model it to others, please message me and book a free discovery call. Together, we can explore strategies to cultivate deeper connections and make a lasting impact in the lives of your students. BE THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE #EI #emotionalintelligence #connections #teacherimpact #bethedifference #resilience #EQ

Realms The fourth dimension, often seen as a metaphor for higher operationality or a deeper understanding of existence, can offer powerful insights and solutions. We need to start teaching our teenagers how to tap into this realm, as they are the future leaders and custodians of tomorrow's solutions. Here are some ways teenagers can tap into this dimension: First, they must be convinced of its existence and benefits. They need to experience and embrace it fully. #existence #teensandparents These are some of the benefits of operating in the fourth dimension: They will develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world. The fourth dimension is a world of creativity. Exploring it will help them find creative and innovative solutions to challenges. In a world that forcefully sells a regressive agenda, they will achieve a sense of calm and clarity. They will develop a consciousness of the need to be empathetic, fostering their ability to build stronger connections with others through heightened emotional intelligence. Ways they can tap into the fourth dimension: 1. Quieting the Mind: Until distractions are eliminated through introspection, they won't be able to hear the sweet sounds of the fourth dimension. For example, limiting screen time to focus on real-life interactions with divinity and humans can help. 2. They must be hungry for more, curious, and open-minded to tap into this realm. 3. They should ask deep questions that push them to study the Bible, attend workshops, and spur new ideas and discussions that challenge perspectives on life, existence, and their purpose. 4. Encourage them to write, write, and write. No insight is cheap or common when exposed to the fourth dimension, where they can explore imaginative concepts and ideas. 5. They must understand the character of divinity and the fruits of the fourth dimension. 6. This understanding will help them trust their instincts. Encourage them to listen to their inner guidance and make decisions based on it. 7. Help them seek and find supportive mentorship from those experienced in exploring higher dimensions of consciousness. 8. Encourage them to form or join a tribe that shares similar interests in personal and spiritual growth to keep tapping into this realm. These practices can help your teenagers develop a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them, enabling them to tap into the fourth dimension for real-time solutions to current and future problems. #2024summerprogram #fourthdimension Book a slot for your teenagers in our upcoming 2024 summer program.
