I was fortunate last summer to meet Al-Nesha Jones, CPA, MBA at Bridging the Gap. Some of us are at 3 D and few as Delores says are going up to 5D. New Earth! I confirm along with my soul tribe this is true! She also recommends not to force anyone to go up to 5D! This choice is it seems preordained as it were! I suggest neither tribe takes it personally! Live and let live! But I must admit 5D is truly beautiful! It requires patience and turning your second cheek or a deaf ear to 3D if it gets too abrasive! Vibrations and frequencies are fine tuned! But we cannot turn them up and down at will! AI seems to be ahead of humans! It takes one automatically to one’s frequency ! If you feel something is off , just raise your frequency as Michael suggests , walk away without reacting from 3D ! No one in 3D is trying to hurt you! Just there are too many unnecessary pushes and pulls in lower frequencies! You have to be extra vigilant and transmute it instantly ! It is like a game of tennis! Just step up on your game and be thankful to the one who throws you a sneaky back hand shot ! Just give him a good serve ! Let it be impossible for the player to Pick it up ! But if the other person’s ball goes into the net : it shows his reflex is to play it too short! You have nothing to be concerned with! He loses by not getting his ball across! Ha ha! Enjoy the ride to 5 D It’s worth the trouble! 3D is irksome ! Frequency is too low to access the spirit of Gratitude ! Gracious ness and sweet lord that one of the Beatles sang about ! Sweet Lord I really want to see You Lord , Divinity is 5 D ! Believe me it is not madness! It is divine madness that is superior to human reason! It includes Revelation! Middle Ages scholarship was about that! After that Darkages took over! That is 3D we used reason and debunked Revelation! We sent geniuses to lunatic asylums! We kept mediocrity and opted for morality only for those who were of lower frequency Politics in USA is showing we cannot go to either extreme for now! Neither too far Left nor too far Right for now! But divinity is for a handful ! To recognize who is divine and who is emulating divinity which is actually a fault : requires high order discernment and disinterestedness as Kant said only Artist genius can go there because genius artist already has the rule ! Subtler argument but powerful one ! Do not try to understand! Let it be ! Let it go where it wishes to go! Dassein discloses itself even though we think no one has courage to stand out and show us! When God throws the ball , do not see it as a trigger ! See it as an opportunity to outshine ! It is risky but if God asked you to outshine no one can hold you back! Gandhi showed us! He was just afraid to risk his life for TRUTH!

#MaritimeSheEO : Empowerment or the Beginning of a New Journey of Exploitation? A Critical Look at the women in Indian Maritime Industry. The MaritimeSheEO initiative has sparked significant debate within the Indian seafarer community. Many feel that this organization, like others before it, is primarily focused on branding and profit rather than genuinely supporting seafarers. Critics argue that similar organizations, including the (ITF), have allowed individuals to establish lucrative careers at the expense of the seafarers they claim to support. Indian seafarers, particularly women, continue to face immense challenges. Despite efforts to integrate female seafarers into the industry, there are fears that without proper legal frameworks and protections, these women could be exploited. The current (RPSL) companies is also a major concern, with allegations of human trafficking in iran , malesiya and middle east and inadequate adherence to legal standards. The influx of women into the maritime market, without robust legal safeguards, could lead to exploitation, with recruiters potentially taking advantage of female seafarers in exchange for employment opportunities which the male seafarers are facing. This situation is exacerbated by the existing issues within the Indian maritime ecosystem, including problematic training institutes and hiring practices. Moreover, Indian seafarers are increasingly being replaced by their counterparts from Ukraine, China, the Philippines, and Indonesia. This trend is attributed to behavioral issues rooted in the training and hiring systems in India. Introducing more women into this flawed system, without addressing these foundational problems, could lead to further exploitation and harm. In conclusion, while the intention behind initiatives like MaritimeSheEO may be to empower women, it is crucial to first establish a solid legal and ethical framework to protect all seafarers. Without these safeguards, the risk of exploitation and abuse remains high, and the noble goal of gender equality in the maritime industry could be undermined.

I love this matrix from FW (Future Women). Many of us (myself included, when I'm in my own head) hold ourselves to a different standard than we would other colleagues, expecting perfect outcomes every time. When I make an error, the question I try to ask myself is "will this matter in 20 years' time?". Nine times out of ten it won't.
