I'd like to share the story about how my team scaled a Shopify store over 1400% last year. 🚀🔥💰
We grew the brand from mid-six figures to nearly 8-figures in only one year.
Here's how we did it. 👇👇👇
When the brand came to us in January, they were proud of the fact that they were getting a 5.5 ROAS.
The first thing I told them was, "That's great, but you're leaving a lot of money on the table."
You see, what most people don't realize is that a super high ROAS is Facebook's way of telling you that demand for what you're selling is HIGH and you need to spend more money that direction.
As soon as we took over the account, we started to scale spend.
We doubled spend in the first month. By the end of the year, we had scaled their ad results more than 10x.
But it's really not about scaling ad spend. It's about making more money as you scale. A lot of people don't realize it, but it's much better to spend $200k per month at a 2+ ROAS than $15k per month at a 5.5 ROAS.
Here are the specific things we did to profitably scale spend:
✅ We did a deep dive on their numbers to make sure we knew when they were profitable and when we should spend more.
✅ We designed scroll stopping ads with high engagement and share rates.
✅ We split up the catalog by product type so we could leverage Dynamic Product Ads as much as possible.
✅ We provided creative direction to let the brand owner know which creative was winning and what to shoot next.
✅ We came up with a quarterly ad strategy to keep momentum going.
✅ We built out a strong Black Friday and Xmas strategy to make sure we finished the year strong.
By the end of the year, the brand was one of the fastest growing stores on Shopify in 2023. We had a lot of fun scaling sales and staying locked in to help them have their best year possible.
That also makes me wonder about your store.
Are you looking to have your best year ever? If so, we're looking for 1-2 new stores who have a high growth potential but are currently leaving money on the table by not growing fast enough.
If that's you, then I'd love to chat. 💬
