Don't Blame Quota System for the Actions of a Few The recent allegations against IAS probationer Puja Khedkar have reignited the debate around the disability quota system. While these accusations are serious, it's crucial to avoid generalizing and blaming the entire disabled community. As I discussed in my interview with Newslaundry the quota system is a vital step towards ensuring equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We must remember the case I filed against cricketers for mocking people with disabilities – a stark reminder of the challenges faced by this community. Instead of scapegoating individuals, let's focus on addressing the systemic issues that lead to such incidents. Building a truly inclusive society requires us to create an environment where everyone has a fair chance to succeed. #disabilityinclusion #equalrights #ias #upsc

4motrue Arman. It is the Implementation and failure of monitoring effectiveness of such program is the culprit. Not just Disability all of the Government department IAS officers do not have any KPI and still British bureaucracy legacy of power and authority with politicians muddling makes them inefficient and corrupt.
