After much reflection, I’m excited to announce that I’ve stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer at ElasticHotel —a company positioned to transform the hospitality industry through innovative, customer-centric solutions focused on revenue management.
Why did I choose this role?
⭐ Leadership Team: the co-founders are a formidable duo able to create revolutionary products and capture the market.
⭐ Redefine Sales: I have seen my share of poor leadership and want to contribute to a new type of sales leadership: one that looks, sounds and acts differently.
⭐ Learning Opportunity: growing and scaling a sales team at an early stage company comes with a ton of exciting challenges: hiring, sales-ops, processes, methodologies, learning Italian... :)
⭐ Family Goals: my girls are now 5 and 3 and it felt like the perfect time to give them international exposure. To be closer to the core team, we will be relocating to Madrid, Spain for the next 2 years. Estamos super ilusionados!
In short, this role is giving me the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge I acquired at Stanford LEAD, build a company, help redefine a vertical and ultimately focus on my greater purpose: create environments for everyone, especially moms, to thrive in their careers.
