Position Code : SPE02 Job Location: Abu Dhabi (Ruwais) Experience : 10+ years Description Assist the Project Manager in Project planning, cost control, monitoring, coordination, engineering and design reviews, risks assessments, vendor data, procurement related issues, coordination with discipline engineers and other contractors / vendors to meet the progress and budget. Responsibilities Project Co-ordination with Client, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Departments, business units, vendors, subcontractors and Procurement Department for all project management activities. Assist Project Manager in Client Correspondences Monitor and control project management budget, preparing cash flow and forecasts Prepare progress invoice, claims and cost reports for external and internal reporting requirements Evaluation of vendor and/or subcontractor Technical and Commercial proposal relating to project management works, via cost comparison and bid tabulation as per procurement work flow Monitor and follow through procurement work flow processes (MCR/PR/RFQ/Bid Tabulation/PO/Post Award/Delivery) Understand contractual requirements and manage project variation Perform cost estimates as required for budget forecast and variation Coordinate with Planning and Control Team for progress monitoring and control activities Prepare and review project management plans and procedures To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity Please forward cv to [email protected] and use position code in subject line while submitting your application.
