So, what is the best way to transmit information to others? There shouldn’t be a right answer here, it all depends on the parties involved, how well they know each other, how the topic at hand is core to their engagement, among others. Myself, I tend to prefer relay outcomes/major questions first, and then the train of thought that brought to that outcome. I find it easier to prevent the other party from interpreting in their mind a picture that may not be the point at hand. Hard to grasp the context? Here is a great SNL video to explain it.
