A few of you on the session asked me to repeat the 3 key questions about integrating skills with performance management. I didn't get a chance to do it live, so here they are: 1) Will the performance data on skills be captured in any skills data set you have? If so, how will that skills data be used – for development only or to make workforce decisions (e.g., for internal talent mobility, for strategic workforce planning calculations, for making future workforce decisions, etc.?) 2) How will the skills data in your performance practices connect to learning opportunities? 3) How will you ensure the skills data you capture in performance management practices are useful to employees?
