This word now has a whole new meaning: Resistance. The meaning of resist is to fight against or oppose something actively or passively. I’ve been fighting strongly against some things I don’t want in my life. But as I continue to fight and push against those things, they keep showing up. Sounds contradictory doesn’t it?! It’s showing up in places like my weight loss goals, my relationships, and in my business. And I’m sure in many other areas I’m not even aware of. However, now that I am aware of this resistance, it will be easier to release it in other areas of my life. As I continue to release and transform, everything else in my life becomes easier. Life becomes filled with so much abundance and joy. What areas of your life are you resisting? Or maybe you too are blind to these spots like I once was.
