Right now, there are a lot of marketers talking about storytelling. “Human” content. “Personal 1:1” emails. It’s like the anti-robot movement. And I don’t disagree with these assertions. I feel storytelling will always be a way to break through. I 100% believe organizations need to find their voice and share their unique perspective on the world. You definitely need to be human. But marketers have a big opportunity to revolutionize their creative process with virtually every aspect of marketing. Here are just a few ways that come to mind: Research: AI tools can gather and synthesize data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence. This might include an analysis of call recordings, website content, and more. Data analysis: By leveraging AI for data analysis, marketers can uncover hidden patterns and insights from large datasets — especially unstructured data. Have you ever wanted to make sense of a free-form text field? It’s now possible to do at a scale like never before.
