🎉 Thrilled to have participated in the second and final part of the Core Team Culture series by BAGUS Together! This session by Tasha Enright was packed with valuable insights that I’m excited to bring back to my own ground up Prosperall and Askezfin. We explored the essential pillars of building a strong team culture, focusing on areas like emotions and the core. Under the "emotion" pillar, we dived into the importance of rituals, feedback, and psychological safety. A particularly interesting takeaway was from Friendzone SG Grace Ann Chua, who shared a fun ritual they practice at the end of each month to reconnect, reflect, and identify areas for improvement. I also learned about some creative rituals, like the "fail cake," a unique way to show gratitude for the effort someone contributed before they exit a project. It was great to reconnect with familiar faces in the ground-up space and explore potential collaboration opportunities. Overall, the session was both insightful and casual, leaving me with a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a positive core team culture.
