This is a great opportunity for direct-hire within a great company and culture What your day will look like: - Collaborates with the direct supervisor to review and implement daily assignments and production packages for team members. - Documents and conducts thorough investigations on safety incidents, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Oversees the replenishment of production supplies. - Ensures accurate inventory counts of bed materials. - Verifies proper assembly and timely delivery of bed kits - Ensures products are produced according to engineered drawings, industry tolerances, and company standards. - Promotes and ensures safe work practices for the team. - Maintains organization in the assigned area. - Ensures accurate counts and timely delivery of rebar. - Reports any deficiencies in stock.
