AP Facades Limited are delighted to announce we have recently secured the remediation contract at Lighterage Court, Brentford. Adding to our growing nationwide portfolio of CSS/BSF schemes, Lighterage Court will commence next week with our 2D/3D surveys, intrusive surveys, followed by detailed design by our skilled internal design team. Working closely with our Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Consultants and Fire Engineers, our BSR submission will be presented this side of Christmas with on-site works beginning in Q1 2025 for approx. 35-weeks.
