What’s one metric in your business that you always have an eye on?? Mine is – hands down – revenue per full-time equivalent (FTE) employee. High revenue per employee indicates strong productivity and efficiency (something I think we ALL could benefit a bit more from these days), leading to a healthier bottom line and less stress for both leadership AND management.
