𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬. Take 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞. When they launched the iPhone, they faced skepticism and stiff competition. Instead of retreating, they reimagined the smartphone experience, setting new industry standards and inspiring a wave of innovation. Or look at 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐱. They turned the DVD rental challenge into a streaming revolution. By embracing change and focusing on consumer needs, they didn’t just survive—they thrived, reshaping the entertainment industry. How can we adopt this mindset in our own careers? Here are three strategies: 𝟏. 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝟐. 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: Every challenge is an invitation to innovate. The Apple Paradox: How a 'boring' product launch has turned into a global event" Just watched another Apple event. As a VC, I'm fascinated not by the products, but by the phenomenon around them. Here's why: 👉 Steve Jobs didn't just create products; he built a religion. Apple fans aren't customers; they're believers. 👉 We criticize Apple for lack of innovation, yet millions tune in to every launch. It's like complaining about a TV show you never miss. 👉 Remember when product launches were just for industry insiders? Now they're prime-time entertainment. That's a cultural shift. 👉The anticipation has become an event itself. It's like the Super Bowl for tech – complete with predictions, watch parties, and post-game analysis. 👉Apple has mastered the art of turning incremental updates into must-see TV. As a startup founder, that's a superpower worth studying. 👉The emotional investment is real. I've seen VCs less excited about unicorn exits than some folks are about new iPhone colors. 👉It's a masterclass in brand building. Apple isn't selling tech; they're selling lifestyle and identity. Here's the kicker: This "reality distortion field" isn't just about Apple. It's about human psychology, tribalism, and the power of narrative. For founders, there are lessons here. How do you build this level of anticipation? How do you make your product launches cultural moments? You might not be the next Apple, but you can certainly draw inspiration from their playbook.

Do you think this can be the future, or am I wrong? As a founder constantly seeking the next game-changer, I'm eyeing ……. The Apple Vision Pro. Here’s my personal take: 🚀 On The Fence: Integrating cutting-edge tech like the Apple Vision Pro into my daily grind is more than a decision; it's a leap into what could be the future of work. With its groundbreaking AR capabilities, it promises me a seamless blend of the digital and physical worlds. I am pondering could this be the tool that reshapes how we think about productivity and creativity? I feel it could redefine the tradition Workspaces: I am Imaginig leading a team from anywhere, brainstorming in 3D, or navigating projects in a space that defies physical limits. As a founder, the potential for fostering unparalleled collaboration and innovation is what excites me the most. A Founder's Dilemma: Yet, here I am, pondering if this is the moment to pivot. Will the Apple Vision Pro redefine our workflows, or is it too soon to tell? Should i wait for vision pro 2 The thought of pioneering a workspace without boundaries is thrilling, yet daunting. I'm all in for revolutionizing the way we work, but I'm curious about your perspective. Is the future of work AR-enhanced, or am I looking too far ahead? #StartupInnovation #AppleVisionPro #Metaverse

Today I finally had the privilege to try out the Apple Vision Pro and I am at a loss for words… Guess what I’m doing in the video… (read below for answer) Courtesy of my dear friend Yangos Hadjiyannis who is a global pioneer on Mixed Reality work leading the conversation on how tech will augment our lives, who gave me a full VIP demo of the possibilities of this hyped piece of marvel. My key takeaways: 1. Yes it’s heavy. Who cares? It’ll only getting smaller and lighter from here on, so focus on what is possible. 2. The experience exceeded my wildest expectations, with visuals that were so incredibly real and crisp, that 5 minutes into it I completely forgot about point #1 above and focused on enjoying the new world. 3. There is nothing, NOTHING, in what we do in life that cannot be augmented when this tech does eventually shrink in form factor. From product demos, to collaborative work, to reliving moments, to experiencing different worlds, you name it. 4. A new marketplace for experiences is about to emerge. Meta’s Orion prototype is testament to that. Brace for it people. 5. The combination of MR devices like the Apple Vision Pro and AI will be transformative in ways we cannot yet imagine. Business as you know it is about to change. Again! I’ll stop here. Like I said, I’m at a loss for words. Thank you Yango. This was precious. So did you guess what I’m doing in the video? I’m putting my finger out so that a hyper realistic butterfly can sit on it. The second time I did it I actually FELT the butterfly sit on my finger. Psychosomatic magic? I call it an insane trip! #applevisionpro #change #tech

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟯—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗼 Ever wondered why Steve Jobs’s presentations were so unforgettable? One of his most powerful techniques was the Rule of 3—a principle that suggests presenting information in groups of three is more engaging and memorable. In his 2007 iPhone unveiling, Jobs introduced the device as: ◾A widescreen iPod with touch controls, ◾A revolutionary mobile phone, and ◾A breakthrough internet communicator. The rule of three is a communication principle that suggests that presenting information in groups of three is more engaging and memorable than presenting it in other ways. In this age of short attention spans, knowledge of the rule of three will go a long way toward leaving a long-lasting impression in any presentation. Why it is highly effective: ◾Audience Engagement: People are naturally drawn to groups of three—it's easy to follow and remember. ◾Cognitive Load: More than three points can overwhelm your audience. ◾Pattern Recognition: Three is the smallest number needed to form a pattern—and humans love patterns. How to Use the Rule of 3 in Your Presentations like Steve: ◾ Focus on must-know information—what matters most. ◾ Resist adding extra agenda points that dilute your message. ◾ Use visuals to reinforce your ideas. ◾ Rehearse for clarity and confidence. The rule of three is rooted in storytelling, critical thinking, and neuroscience. It's also deeply ingrained in our culture and language, from "stop, look, listen" to "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness". Have you tried the Rule of 3 in your presentations? If not, it’s time to make your ideas stick! #innovation #tech #pitchdeck #apple #presentation #tech #softskill #pitch #ruleofthree #startups #apple
