First quarter of the year is coming to a close and I’d like delve into some insightful stats that are actively shaping the future of work. 1. Remote Work: 65% of employees believe they'd be more productive working from home (Flexjobs) 2. Employee Wellness: For every dollar invested in wellness programs, companies see a $2.71 return (Harvard Business Review). 3. Diversity & Inclusion: Diverse teams outperform their counterparts by 35% (McKinsey). 4.
