Hello job seekers Here is a variety of new, REMOTE roles. While I'm not recruiting for these specific roles, I want to make job seekers aware that opportunities are all around you - Be open to them ✨ ------ It's such a competitive market -- How do I stand out? ⭐ Create a video resume! All you need is to: ✨Create a 1-3 minute script. Memorize. Rehearse ✨A cell phone that shoots epic video ✨Grab a friend & drive to company's campus (make sure you park in visitor parking) ✨Stand in front of the company sign. Face the camera. Smile. "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Action." ✨Sell yourself talking about your interest in role & company, experience, what you bring to the table. ✨Finally scout out a location & shoot footage of you doing something fun like indoor rock climbing, biking or painting so the hiring team can see the fun side of you ✨Edit footage with free mobile app or desktop app ✨Write an intro and post video on LinkedIn with hashtags to company, role, & other relative terms. ;)

Also a friendly reminder I’m not a recruiter or a restaurant, meaning don’t send me your resumes or requests/demands for me to make a special list just for you. Let me tell you about my last week in recruiting. I'm on the hunt for top talent seven days a week, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Here's what happened when I tackled three major roles simultaneously. The Texas CNO Challenge Picture this: I'm searching for a Chief Nursing Officer in Texas. I reached out to 100 CNOs/ACNOs across the state. The responses flooded in, but there was one persistent roadblock – nobody wanted to relocate to Texas. Strange how geography can be such a deal-breaker, right? (If you're looking for CNO talent, I've got a pool of qualified candidates waiting.) The Cardiovascular Director Quest Next up was a Director of Cardiovascular Services position in North Carolina. It's perfect for someone with 3+ years of management experience looking to step into a director role. While the exact match remained elusive, I discovered something interesting—several Cath Lab RNs available for new roles and a Senior Director of Cardiovascular Services looking for roles in the $175-200K range. They're open to relocating along the East Coast. (Need a Cardiovascular Director? Let's talk.) The Michigan Connection In Michigan, we're working on placing a Clinical Director for OB & NICU. Two promising candidates are in the pipeline, though the client is taking their time with the screening process. Sometimes patience is part of the game. A Sunday Well Spent Even on Sunday, I took the time to mentor Rahul. Currently, he is earning $100,000 in India but is seeking opportunities to work in the USA. He is a backend developer ( Java+Golang) having worked in product-based companies. He is open to a visa-sponsored position in the EU, US, and Canada. Because in this business, every connection matters. The $200K Opportunity I Want to Share Here's where it gets interesting – and where you could potentially make $200K+. During my candidate searches, I frequently find exceptional talent that doesn't quite fit my current openings. This is where you come in. If you're a VP of Sales in: - Healthcare staffing - Accounting firms - Tax firms - ServiceNow recruiting We could partner up. I'll share these high-quality candidates with you, and through a split partnership, you can place them either independently or through your company. It's a win-win: you increase your billing and boost client satisfaction, while these fantastic candidates find their perfect roles. Looking ahead, I'm expanding into tax roles with a mid-sized public accounting firm in Texas, while continuing to work on our existing positions. The opportunities are endless – we just need to connect the right dots. Remember: In recruiting, every "no" leads us closer to the perfect "yes." Sometimes, the best opportunities come from unexpected connections.

Did you know - for a candidate to fill out the NSW Health State Credentialing pack without HealthPass, the following has to be done as a minimum: User (Recruiter/internal workforce administrator): - Collect candidate information - Manually enter into CRM - Print documents / use editing software - Spend 30 minutes + filling out 15+ forms, 40+ pages - Save or Scan - Create an email and attach said documents - Potential step - rename forms - Chase candidate manually and prey it's done quickly Candidate: - Receive email - Hopefully - able to use editing software - Usually - struggle with software, move to printing 40 pages (after a delay from being annoyed at difficulty with software) - Manually fills out pages, writing their name 10+ times, address, phone number, email, job title, work history etc...over and over - Scan all 40 documents back in one hit OR spends 30 saving and uploading packs to email - Create an email, send back to user User: - Check forms - Prey correct, if not, send individual form(s) back for edits (repeat step 1) - Split 40 pages back down into forms packs - Scan in 15 forms packs - Rename 15 form packs - Save in CRM / Send to client Time spent - minimum 3hours (usually weeks). With HealthPass User: - Candidate completes our registration form - Information pushed into CRM via API - 5 clicks of a button, pre-fills all 15 NSW forms (usually 50-100% complete) with information gathered - Enters tracking with reminder features to keep on top of task Candidate: - Received email and goes to Community Portal - Fills in Blanks, one-click signs documents - Returns forms completed electronically (no external software or printers required) User: - Receives all 15 forms, named as the client would likes - Mistakes returned at 1 click of a button back to candidates' phone with instructions of what to edit - Quickly download and send onto client / move into CRM Time spent - usually, less than 30 minutes I'm keen to discuss how this could help you and your business create mass efficiency across your onboarding and registration process, whether you be a recruiter or healthcare provider - please feel free to reach out to me on [email protected] HealthPass - more than just onboarding... #compliance #onboarding
