Wrapping up this assignment and moving on to the next almost feels like a breakup💔. I never thought it was possible to truly feel part of a team as a freelancer, but ASM proved me wrong.   When I joined, we were a group of three. If someone had told me back then that we’d grow the marcom team into a global powerhouse of 14 talented individuals, I would have laughed in disbelief. But here we are, Klara Zakis, Rosanne de Vries—it happened!   The semiconductor industry isn’t always the easiest to navigate, but my time at ASM has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Here are three lessons I’ll take with me:   ✨ 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿. Every experience has its challenges, so don’t be too hard on yourself. No one starts as an expert or a CEO—we grow into those roles by making mistakes, learning from them, and having a good laugh along the way.  ✨ 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Klara Zakis, your leadership has been inspiring. You’ve shown what it means to support your team in tough moments and step back to let them shine in their successes. You’ve set an example I’ll carry with me throughout my career. ✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. Trust, respect, and dedication are what make a team truly special. The atmosphere this team has created makes the work itself feel almost secondary.    Thank you, ASM, for an amazing journey. I can’t wait to see all the incredible things you’ll accomplish in the future—I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!   Now, I’m ready to embark on 2025 with a new chapter at Kennemerhart, looking forward to it Marianne Ostendorf.
